This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the SalaryCube Terms of Service and Master Service Agreement. If a conflict arises, the Master Service Agreement shall prevail.

SalaryCube treats all client-submitted survey data with strict confidentiality. Company-identifiable data will not be released. Aggregated results are only presented when at least 10 companies contribute, and a minimum of 5 companies have submitted data for a specific job.

- Payment information (only for processing, not stored by us)
- Website form submissions and support inquiries
- Browsing behavior through cookies or third-party tools
- Compensation survey data (non-personal, aggregate)

5. Legal Basis and Controller Role
For the purposes of applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), you are the data controller for employee-level data submitted to SalaryCube. SalaryCube acts as a data processor and handles such data only on your behalf and per your instructions.
