You upload anonymized comp data using a simple template, match your jobs to SalaryCube benchmarks, and submit. After your submission is accepted, you receive personalized benchmark reports for a selection of your matched roles and your trial grows to 25 role credits, 5 live market searches in total, exports, and Company Data.

Required fields: job title, work location state, pay basis (hourly or salary), base pay, and effective date. If you have hourly employees, include scheduled weekly hours. Recommended: job level and internal job code. You can also optionally include employee name and employee ID for individual-level analytics (pay-range positioning, compa-ratios). These are never shared externally.
