Every Data Lab figure is advertised pay in US employer job postings, computed from the job-postings layer of Bigfoot Live. It is what employers are offering, not what current employees are paid, and nothing in it is a forecast. Each release covers a 90-day window compared with the 90 days before it, is written for HR and compensation professionals, and publishes every number with its posting and employer counts so it can be checked and cited.

Advertised pay in US employer job postings, from the job-postings layer of Bigfoot Live. No statistic is published from fewer than 30 postings and 5 employers, and no single employer contributes more than half of any published cell. Definitions are version-stamped on the data methodology page.

Which Data Lab reports have been released?

Data Lab launched with Release #1 on August 25, 2026. Monthly releases run from October 2026, published in the first week of each month, plus a quarterly Pay Index. Newest first.

    Matched-title advertised pay was flat (0.0%) while the raw median fell 8.8% on a shift toward hourly roles. Remote share of advertised jobs fell to 26.3%; 72.1% of postings list a true range. 857,229 postings from 94,588 employers.

    First quarterly Index reading: 100.0 (Q2 2026 = 100). Advertised pay for 406 matched job titles was flat (0.0%) quarter over quarter while the raw median fell 8.8% on a shift toward hourly roles.
